Gyratory Screen Separator

The underlying purpose for using circular rotatory separator is grading or separating various sizes; which may be latter on used for different purposes. The gyro separator or vibro separator uses sifter which makes it possible for retaining the required sized feed and discarding the unwanted rubbish or stones mixed with the feed. Thus facilitating collection of refined matter.

Functioning of Vibro sifter:

According to Manufacturers specification the vibro sifter functions with a motor which initiates vibratory motion across circular gyratory screen. The substance to be refined is fed from the top of vibro separator. This directly comes into contact with circular vibro screen sieves of fixed size. Rotary & circular motion initiated by motor spreads the fed matter across the circular rotatory vibro sifter. As the area increases; faster and efficient separation may be carried out, proportionately larger volumes can be managed in circular rotatory Gyratory screen.

On reaching the next vibro sifter further evaluation according to size is done with continued rotatory motion. Segregation made at each level is delivered at tangential. Gyratory sieves count can be increased to any number depending on number of division required. More no. of sieves; more advanced separation through sifter. Circular rotatory vibro sieves are held in position by fastening rungs that can be loosened for erection and tightened on attaching sifter at every level.

Dewatering Screen
DEWATERING OPERATION:

During material dewatering, water is filtered through the mesh as a result of vibration while the material is conveyed toward the point of discharge. The filtered water carries solid particles whose size is slightly smaller than the mesh openings, which must be recovered by means of hydrocycloning and incorporated to final product in the discharge area. The level of moisture that can be obtained in the end product is between 10% and 15%, depending on its nature, particle size distribution and water content in the feed materials.

When the two vibrating motor that installed vertically on the sieve relatively rotate, the eccentric block of two vibrating motors produce rated excitation force. The horizontal excitation force cancel each other out, the vertical excitation force is transported to the whole screens surface through the body mass vibration. Materials do the jumping movement on the screens surface to the outlet because of the vertical excitation force. Materials which smaller than the mesh drop into the lower layer and discharge from the outlet after doing the jumping movement. Because of the reasonable screens, after vibrating screens, we can get materials of different concentration particle sizes and done the rating work of materials.

DEWATERING CONSTRUCTION DEWATERING SCREEN:

Screen, formed by modular polyurethane or stainless steel panels. The special design of these panels, with trapezial cross section mesh openings, together with their elasticity, revent obstruction and blocking. The result is a larger effective filtering area than in other types of mesh. Thanks to the modular design, the position of the mesh in the panel can be changed to ensure a regular wear of each panel.

VIBRATORY MOTOR:

These rugged, heavy duty units are exceptionally well insulated against the ingress of dust and water. Their IP 55 protection ensures that the units can operate in wet conditions, such as in washing and dewatering applications. A very generous holding-down bolt design is incorporated. A common complaint in the past has often been that vibratory motors tended to come loose. A great deal of thought and attention has been given to the fastening design of these motors. When compared with other makes of vibratory motors, the holding-down bolts are often in excess of 50-1 00% over designed.


This, together with stress-relieved and machined surfaces and correctly torched nuts and locknuts, results in an exceptionally secure vibrator fastening system. When two vibratory motors of the same frequency are fixed to a rigid common base, which is freely suspended, or supported and run in opposite directions to each other, they automatically synchronise to produce a straight line motion. When this motion is applied to a screen, the result is a horizontal action screen suitable for screening, conveying and dewatering of a large variety of products in limited headroom situations.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF VIBRO SEPARATOR:

The motivation is through a unbalanced motor with a double extended shaft, fitted at both ends with eccentric weights .The top weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the center of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane, which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery increasing the horizontal throw, causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate.

The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the center of mass creating tilt on the screen giving vibration in vertical and tangential plane.Increasing the vertical component of motion, this promotes turnover of material on the screen surface helping maximum quantity of under size material to pass through the screen. Rugged Springs placed over the circular motor base amplifies the vibration.

The top weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the centre of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric weight creates vibration in the horizontal plane which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery. Increasing the top eccentric mass, increases the horizontal throw, causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate. The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the centre of mass, creating tilt on the screen, giving vibration in vertical & tangential planes.

Increasing the vertical component of motion, this promotes turnover of material on the screen surface helping maximum quantity of under size material to pass through the screen. The vertical motion also minimizes blinding of screen by "near size" particles. The tangential component of motion is controlled by the angle of lead given to bottom weights with relation to top weight. Variation in lead angle controlled the spiral pattern of material travel over the screen cloth.

Speed & flow pattern of material travel over the screen cloth can be set by the operator for maximum throughout & screening efficiency for any screen able product, wet or dry, coarse or fine, heavy or light, hot or cold. Typical material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The over size material get continuously discharged through a tangential outlet.


Linear Vibrating Screen

Linear Vibrating Screen uses vibrating motor as vibration source to make the materials be thrown on linear vibrating screen surface and make the sport straight line forward. This device can be equipped with single or multilayer linear vibrating screen to achieve the grading, impurity removing, powder sifting, testing and end washing purposes and so on. It main components: motor, screen, frame, in-feed hopper and output hopper, etc.

The motor through vee belt makes the eccentric of the activator start high speed rotation. Operation of eccentric block generates a lot of centrifugal force, stimulate screen forming certain amplitude circle movement. Materials on the tilted screen surface do continuous throwing movement after receiving the impulse given by sieving box. During the process of collision of materials and sifter, the grain which is less than the screen hole will be chosen so as to realize the grading.
