SPECIFICATIONS :

STR Centrifuges are elegantly designed with robust construction for smooth and trrouble-free operation suitable for Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Textile, Oil and Sugar Industries. We fabricate Top Discharge, Top Rim Lifting and Bottom discharge type with scrapper fitted with variable drive.

OUTER SHEEL :

The Well and truely balanced basket is fabricated from Stainless steel of Mild steel, with / without Rubber / FRP lining, PTFE / PVDF having nos. of holes for speedy extraction of mother ; liquor.

DRIVE :

30 Pouches to 65 Pouches per minute. (Depending on the flowing rate & volume of packing objects).

BEARING HOUSING ASSEMBLY :

Heat sealable laminated film such as Polyester/Poly, Polyester/Met/Polyester/Foil/Poly, Bopp/Foil/Poly, Paper Foil/Poly, Poster Poly and other special heat sealable films.

BRAKE:

A "Ferodo" lined brake is fitted above "v" belt pulley and is operated by hand lever.

SAFETY DEVICE :

Machine is provided with electrical / mechanical inter-locking device.
